Our wine street has so many wines from the wine region of South Tyrol, which tell the story of our territory. But our repertoire extends far beyond the borders of our region.
This is the empire of our sommelier, Fabio Marchiori, who will bring you the fine dishes even closer with a well-matched wine. He accompanies you on your discovery tour through the local and foreign varieties and adjusts its wine recommendations throughout your wishes with his excellent wine knowledge and his good taste.
